At Blair Artworks and Fur Dressing we are committed to quality work, not quantity. Our shop is small, which makes it easier to produce top quality work with a quick turnaround time. Custom work is welcome in all aspects of taxidermy and art. Your capes and hides are tanned right here at the shop, which helps with the quick turnaround time.

The shop was started in the fall of 2004 by Jerrad Blair. He has been enjoying taxidermy since 1999, apprenticing with Tom Strong, a taxidermist from Lingle, Wyoming. Jerrad has been a professional artist since 1995, creating custom artwork. He has taken his artistic skills and expanded into the field of taxidermy. Jerrad does everything from receiving and skinning, tanning, and prep work to mounting and finishing, including the habitat and woodwork for each mount, which means that each piece is custom from start to finish.

Jerrad is a member of the Wyoming Association of Taxidermy Artists.
